Gaugely: Part Size Finder — help

Set up

1. Open Gaugely and press Sync products.
2. Check the sizes on Sizes & mapping; map metafields or variant options for anything your titles don't say (Pro).
3. Press Add Size finder: the theme editor opens with the block ready to place. Save.
4. Optionally add the Size chart block to product pages.

Sizes Gaugely reads from titles and SKUs

• Metric threads: M6, M6 x 20mm, M8-1.25 x 30, M6x1.0x20, SKU forms like SS-M5-12.
• Unified threads: 1/4-20 x 1", #10-32 x 3/4", 5/16"-18, 3/8-24 UNF.
• Diameters and heights: OD 25mm ID 10mm, 3mm thick, Ø 12.7mm x 5mm high, washers 6.4 x 12 x 1.6mm, O-rings 10mm ID x 2mm CS, feet and bumpers 20mm x 10mm.
• Materials: stainless (18-8, 304, 316, A2, A4), steel, zinc-plated, brass, nylon, aluminium, rubber, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile, Viton, silicone, PTFE and more.

Units and tolerance

Everything is stored in millimetres. Shoppers switch between mm and inches (typed values convert), and set a ± tolerance to include near sizes. Results are sorted closest first.

gaugely.thread, gaugely.length_mm, gaugely.outer_diameter_mm, gaugely.inner_diameter_mm, gaugely.height_mm, gaugely.material.
