What Gaugely stores

What Gaugely does not collect

No customer, order or payment data. The app asks only for product access (read_products, write_products). The logged_in_customer_id Shopify adds to storefront requests is ignored and never stored.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare (Workers and D1). Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

Deleting data

Uninstalling removes the access token immediately. 48 hours later Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook and Gaugely deletes the store's index, search counts and settings. customers/redact and customers/data_request are answered: Gaugely holds no customer data to delete or report. To ask for deletion sooner, email support@dixonappstudio.com.

Data Processing Addendum

For personal data your store processes through Gaugely, you (the merchant) are the controller and Dixon App Studio is the processor. The Shopify Apps Data Processing Addendum (purposes, sub-processors, retention, security, breach notice, Standard Contractual Clauses) forms part of our Terms of Service; you accept it by installing or using Gaugely.
